Services
Prices shown are starting rates. A project begins only after scope, deliverables, timing, and fees are agreed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient). You are responsible for providing accurate brief materials and confirming you have rights to any reference assets you share.
Intellectual property
Until final payment is received as agreed, Evernest Online retains ownership of preliminary concepts. Upon full payment for the approved deliverables, rights transfer as specified in the project agreement. Site content, branding, and craft UI on this website remain our property.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evernest Online is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from service engagements beyond the fees paid for the specific project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
